Reference to the previous disclosures made on 28 & 29 December 2014 and the subsequent resolutions of The Board of Directors, the Court has issued on 27 July its ruling against the Ex-Managing Director & the Ex-Senior Marketing Manager in their personal capacities. The Company by this disclosure reassures, based on an independent legal opinion, that this ruling issued by the Court against the two former employees will neither have any financial impact on the Company nor its operation or activities.
